Universal Banker

Responsibilities

• Unearths members’ financial needs and offers appropriate recommendations.
• Engages in proactive activities to foster member growth and satisfaction.
• Supports and resolves complex member issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Supervises and educates members on using electronic service delivery channels.
• Handles electronic messaging, inbound phone, and video calls related to member accounts or general inquiries.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations and stays updated on fraud training and trends.
• Manages and maintains member records according to guidelines.
• Collaborates with team members to address complaints and provide support.
• Processes financial transactions, including cash handling.
• Performs operational responsibilities such as auditing, ITM/ATM maintenance, cash management, and vault maintenance.
• Oversees team members across various markets/branches and provides peer training as needed.
• Maintains authority to discipline subordinates as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in service delivery, with preferred cash handling experience.
• Proven experience in technology usage.
• Avid user of financial institution’s online tools for personal banking.
• Preferred College Degree; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00
Full-time position with eligibility for benefits and an annual incentive plan.
