Universal Banker

Location: This role requires onsite presence as specified in the job posting. Weekly Scheduled Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15AM to 4:15PM. SUMMARY: Provide exceptional customer service by processing financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking setting. Promote bank products through outreach and tailor recommendations to strengthen client relationships. Perform outbound sales calls to meet or exceed goals and support management. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist with teller and platform support, handling deposits, currency, checks, and account openings.Identify client needs via consultative conversations and recommend suitable products and services.Open and process new deposit and demand accounts, including IRAs and certificates of deposit.Cross-sell banking products, refer clients to partners, and participate in outbound calling campaigns.Support loan applications and coordinate processing with relevant associates.Research and resolve client inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution and delivering excellent service.Enhance knowledge through training to better serve clients.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, internal controls, and ethical standards.Assist with daily operations, audit controls, and onboarding new associates.Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; 1+ year experience as a Teller preferred.Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with relevant education/experience.Must meet background and credit check requirements, comply with S.A.F.E. Act, and meet licensing regulations.
