About the role

Responsible for delivering exceptional client service by providing both teller and platform support, including processing financial transactions, opening accounts, cross-selling products, and resolving client inquiries. Assists with daily operations, operational updates, and compliance with regulations and internal controls. Supports client onboarding, loan applications, and referrals to generate new business and deepen relationships. Provides training to new associates and assists management with daily activities and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial transactions such as deposits, currency handling, and check cashing.
• Open and process new demand and deposit accounts, including savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend suitable products/services.
• Assist clients with loan applications and coordinate processing with relevant teams.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects, participate in special campaigns, and make referrals to bank partners.
• Research and resolve account issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure excellent client experiences.
• Stay informed of operational updates, compliance requirements, and changes to policies and procedures.
• Support operational efficiency, assist with daily center activities, and help train new staff.
• Uphold compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, and the code of ethics.
