Essential Functions
- Relationship and Business Development (40%): Process new account transactions, identify unmet customer needs, promote and cross-sell products and services.
- Customer Service (30%): Assist with inquiries and requests, provide additional services like online banking, mobile banking, and ATM requests.
- Branch Operations/Ownership (20%): Record transactions, balance cash, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Additional Functions
- Work overtime and assist other departments as needed.
Position Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred post-secondary certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or related fields.
- Licenses and Certifications: None required.
