Essential Functions
- Relationship and Business Development (40%): Process new account transactions, identify unmet customer needs, promote and cross-sell products and services.
- Customer Service (30%): Assist with customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, handle basic customer questions and concerns.
- Branch Operations/Ownership (20%): Record transactions, balance cash, manage inventory, operate bank equipment, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Additional Functions (10%): Work overtime, assist other departments, perform other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary certificate or degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or related field. Previous office experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: None required.
