About the role
As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing relationships with existing clients, and expanding the bank’s customer base.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer interactions and strategies for improving service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry.
