About the role
Build, maintain, and strengthen consumer and business relationships one customer at a time. Provide exceptional customer service and recommend appropriate solutions with knowledge of CCB products and services.
Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (per rotation)
Position may share time with Curtice, OH Banking Center.
Responsibilities
- Actively discover needs and proactively recommend appropriate products and services.
- Utilize financial biographies to enhance customer relationships and facilitate future financial needs.
- Work with one customer at a time, transitioning service requests into fulfilling financial needs.
- Track and report completed sales and referrals; meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of CCB products and services while seeking opportunities to develop customer relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities for CCB partners.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of consumer and business products and services; be fluent in all digital products.
- Recommend and identify revisions on all deposit products and services.
- Process IRA accounts including transfers and rollovers.
- Understand the competition and actively seek opportunities to refer customers to appropriate CCB partners.
- Demonstrate peer leadership, provide guidance and training, and work closely with manager on sales initiatives.
- Lead and positively motivate a team of peers.
- Comply with and maintain working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- Travel to and assist at other banking centers as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of banking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to present a professional image.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in resolving customer and employee issues.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
- Stay current with bank technology.
