The Teller/Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate will provide a professional image and be the face and voice of the company, getting to know customers and genuinely caring about their financial well-being by providing solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete a variety of transactions via the lobby, drive-thru, night-drop, mail, or ATM.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to customers, communicate in a friendly, positive manner, and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer-centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
• Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions through account opening and account maintenance of both personal and business accounts.
• Aid the branch in achieving its goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or banking environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience.
