About the role

The position is currently based in Oakdale, Minnesota through early December 2026, after which the branch will permanently relocate to Hudson, Wisconsin. Candidates must be able to work on‑site in Minnesota until the relocation is complete. The hired candidate will be subject to Minnesota withholding and Paid Leave. This fast‑paced, interactive role with CCFBank involves delivering exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and opening and closing customer accounts. The ideal candidate is friendly, collaborative, community‑focused, and possesses strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide assistance across all branch operations as needed, including teller, new accounts, vault teller, safe deposit, and lending.
• Assist customers in selecting accounts, products, and financial services, presenting cross‑sell opportunities using professional sales techniques.
• Receive and process retail and commercial checking and savings deposits, ensuring all deposit documents comply with banking policies and procedures.
• Assist in opening and closing the vault daily, provide dual control for cash/coin transactions, and help balance vault currency and coin.
• Order, manage, and balance vault and ATM currency and coin.
• Make decisions regarding the opening of new deposit accounts, complete required forms, accept initial deposits, and prepare documentation for processing.
• Present funds received from customers to tellers for initial deposits, determine funds availability, and obtain receipts for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of directly related full‑time experience may be considered in lieu of the degree.
• Two (2) years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller duties.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties.

Desired Experience

• One (1) year of sales experience.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $23.60. Eligible for an annual bonus of 1.5%–3% of salary based on company goals and performance. Salary range reflects the primary location and may vary based on specific location, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday work week.
