Maintaining Customer Service

• Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
• Actively engage in meaningful conversation with customers in order to seek a thorough understanding of their complete financial needs.
• Accurately process transactions, new account openings, and other branch related tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities to meet customers' needs.
• Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may require travel within the region.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:
