About the role

C&N is a financial institution committed to lifelong relationships with customers, communities, shareholders, and teammates. Our Universal Banker role involves interacting daily with customers to provide exceptional service and promote our products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service, greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers' financial needs.
• Accurately process transactions, new account openings, and other branch-related tasks promptly and professionally.
• Promote C&N products and services by identifying cross-sell and referral opportunities.
• Provide support and coverage for other branch locations as needed, which may involve travel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and less than 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Well-developed multitasking, detail-oriented, communication, and technical skills.
