About the role

As a Universal Banker, you are the face of our bank. You will act as a trusted source for banking services to our clients, handling everything from everyday transactions to long-term goals. You will get the opportunity to combine the important role of the teller line and personal banking to offer one-stop convenience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process routine teller transactions, manage your cash drawer and handle account maintenance.
• Proactively greet clients, assess their financial needs, and provide consultative advice.
• Assist customers with opening new checking, savings, and CD accounts.
• Guide customers on utilizing our digital banking, mobile apps and account management tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of cash handling, banking, or customer-facing retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and consultative sales skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong math skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Tech savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile apps to assist customers with technology.
