About the role

As a Universal Banker at Bank Five Nine’s Oconomowoc – Summit branch, you will create and nurture relationships with customers, offering sound banking advice to help solve their financial challenges. Responsibilities

• Accurately process banking transactions.
• Help acquire new banking relationships and open new accounts.
• Retain and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering custom financial solutions.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance.
• Educate customers on digital banking solutions that make their lives safer, easier, and better.
• Refer customers to internal business partners such as cash management, mortgage, and wealth management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of bank products and services (preferred).
• Minimum of 1+ year of retail banking experience (preferred).
