Job Duties
- Collect demographic, behavioral, and psychological research data, primarily through remote methods (e.g., via phone, video).
- Assessment approaches include questionnaires, interviews, and human laboratory methods and are a blend of in-person, phone, and video assessments.
- Strong phone (i.e., interpersonal) skills are a necessity.
Responsibilities
- Manage data collection and entry functions including development and testing of REDCap databases.
- Scrutinize on an ongoing basis the effectiveness of study procedures and suggest changes in study procedures when indicated.
- Recognize errors in the database system when reviewing participant self-report data.
- Care for and manage recruitment (including consent and participant scheduling), tracking, and retention of all research participants.
- Prepare tracking reports as needed and present status to the research team monthly, including areas of improvement regarding recruitment procedures.
Qualifications
- Preferred Training & Experience: REDCap and EPIC experience is preferred but not required.
- Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and three years of relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.
