The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Job title: Program Manager - Fire Safety and Compliance (should not repeat as heading) - Entity: Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC - Univ) - Worker Type: Employee, Classified - Cost Center: CC002112 UNIV - COO - WPHS - Occupational Safety - Pay Rate Type: Salary - Pay Grade: University-GEN12 - Pay Range: 81,192.00 - 113,730.00 - 146,166.000 - Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 - Work Shift: Day (United States of America) The job description has percentages for different areas: - 30% - Fire and Life Safety Compliance Program Management - 30% - Fire and Life Safety Operations, Regulatory Compliance and Reporting - 20% - Environment of Care and Life Safety Program Administration - 15% - Leadership and Staff Development - 5% - Other Duties as Assigned Each has detailed bullet points. Additional Job Description: - Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and four years relevant program experience. - Physical Requirements: detailed list - Then EEO boilerplate and E-Verify info (should remove) I need to structure this into sections. The posting has clear sections: Responsibilities (the percentage breakdown), Requirements (Minimum Requirements), Physical Requirements, and Pay/Schedule info (Pay Range, Scheduled Weekly Hours, Work Shift). Also there's a summary paragraph at the top. I should create: - About the role (summary paragraph) - Responsibilities (the detailed duties) - Requirements (minimum requirements) - Physical Requirements (the physical demands) - Pay (since pay range is given) - Schedule (since scheduled hours and shift are given) Benefits not mentioned, so no Benefits section. I'll fold metadata like Entity, Worker Type, Cost Center into a short

maybe in About the role or separate? The rules say fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. I'll include a brief metadata paragraph. Now, I need to output HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate content. Let me draft:
