Health & Safety Program Manager

Role Details

• Duration: 6+ months, contract with possibility of extension and full‑time employment
• Location: Uniontown, PA 15401
• Shift: Standard shift

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary safety coverage for the Southwest region
• Travel to multiple facilities and job sites
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and deficiencies that could expose the company to loss or regulatory non‑compliance
• Assist in accident/claim investigation and claims management, and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrences
• Perform job‑site evaluations in the field and in treatment facilities

Skills

• Strong technology capabilities, including Excel
• Excellent communication skills, including relationship building
• Willingness to be in the field on job sites
• Familiarity with Southwest PA geography

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Familiar with OSHA safety certification (preferred)
• Valid state driver’s license

Driving Information

• Driving may be a daily occurrence, traveling from an office/facility to a job site
• Estimated mileage: about 10 miles per day, with potential up to 60 miles on days with farther locations
• No passengers or client equipment/goods will be transported
• The vehicle will be owned by the company
