Health & Safety Program Manager
The Health & Safety Program Manager at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is responsible for managing system safety programs and chemical compliance processes to ensure a safe and compliant operational environment. This role drives significant impact by developing standards, automating approvals, and maintaining critical safety programs.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or other field.
- At least 3, preferably 5+ years of experience in health and safety program management.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety frameworks.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel as required (up to 10%, including overnight stays).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ergonomics and industrial hygiene programs.
- Familiarity with global health and safety audits and compliance tools.

Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $91,000 - $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
