We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have job description summary and details. We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content.
We have:
- About the role: Could be the job summary paragraph. That is prose.
- Responsibilities: The job duties percentages list.
- Requirements: Required Experience, Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations, Minimum Requirements (master's degree and three years professional experience). Also maybe Preferred Experience/Education? Those could be under Qualifications or Skills.
- Qualifications: Preferred Experience and Preferred Education.
- Skills: Could list interpersonal skills, organizational, communication, clinical documentation, etc.
- Benefits: Not mentioned. No benefits details. So omit Benefits.
- Pay: Pay Range given: Pay Grade University-GEN10 Pay Range 58,854.00 - 82,416.00 - 105,978.000 (maybe min-mid-max). Also Pay Rate Type Salary. So we have pay info. Include Pay section.
- Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours 40, Work Shift (blank?), Remote Work Possibility: Hybrid after 1 year. Also FLSA: Salaried/Exempt. Work Schedule: Hours and schedule to be determined upon hire. So we have some schedule info. Include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

About the role
...
But need to ensure correct spelling: About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties with percentages. We can make- each duty with percentage.
Requirements: Required Experience, Required Licensure, Minimum Requirements.
Qualifications: Preferred Experience, Preferred Education.
Skills: list of skills from Preferred Experience bullet points and maybe other skills.
Pay:
Pay Rate Type: Salary; Pay Grade: University-GEN10; Pay Range: $58,854.00 – $82,416.00 – $105,978.00 (minimum – midpoint – maximum).
Schedule:Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40; Work Shift: to be determined; FLSA: Salaried/Exempt; Remote Work Possibility: Hybrid work opportunities may be available following 1 year of employment.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all. Let's extract the job summary paragraph: "The Family Tree Program within MUSC’s Addiction Sciences Division of the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs (CDAP), is seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in South Carolina to join a specialized team providing evidence-based treatment to adolescents with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health concerns, including trauma and PTSD, and their families. The clinician will provide developmentally appropriate individual and family-based treatment across outpatient, community-based, and telehealth settings, with flexibility in service delivery based on the needs of adolescents and their families. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in evidence-based adolescent substance use treatment through specialized training, ongoing clinical supervision, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The clinician will work closely with caregivers, community providers, schools, other youth-serving organizations, and team members to support treatment engagement, continuity of care, and access to services. In addition to direct clinical care, the clinician will contribute to treatment fidelity and quality improvement activities, participate in team and community meetings, and support outreach and education related to adolescent substance use, traumatic stress, and family functioning." That's the About the role. Now Responsibilities: list each duty with percentages. Let's copy them exactly: 30% - Provide evidence based individual therapy, which will also include family enhanced motivational enhancement therapy/cognitive behavioral therapy (MET/CBT), to adolescents with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health concerns. 30% - Provide caregiver, family-focused, and group therapy interventions designed to improve adolescent treatment engagement and outcomes, strengthen family functioning, and address factors contributing to substance use and recovery. 15% - Conduct substance use intake assessments and SBIRT with adolescents and their family members. This also will involve incorporating the assessment findings into treatment planning for the adolescents. In addition, the clinician will make referrals for family members for substance use and/or mental health treatment as needed. The clinician will coordinate these referrals with team members. 5% - The clinician will participate in supervision with a supervisor to discuss implementation of individual and family therapy. The clinician also will participate in regular (weekly) project meetings with the Project Director and other team member. The clinician will attend community-based meetings to ensure coordination of care with other providers involved with treatment of shared clients. 5% - The clinician will complete medical documentation, including therapy notes in EPIC and write and submit intake reports. The clinician will share this documentation for review by the supervisor of record. 5% - The clinician will track progress of each client and family member served. The clinician will report information to the project director, coordinator, and case manager (youth services and recovery coordinator) as needed. The clinician will engage in other administrative duties (e.g., administer the required SAMHSA outcome measure as each required timepoint) relevant to the Family Tree grant as needed. 5% - The clinician will provide community trainings on adolescent substance use, trauma, and impact on family to school and other settings that serve youth. These trainings may either be in person or virtual and will also include information as to how to make referrals to the Family Tree project. 5% - Other duties as assigned. Now Requirements: Required Experience: At least two years of providing evidence-based treatments to adolescents/families impacted by substance use disorders and with/without other co-occurring problems. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Must be licensed in the state of South Carolina for one of the following: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) Minimum Requirements: A master's degree and three years professional experience in human services or social services programs. Also maybe "Degree of Supervision: Minimal Supervision." That could be under Requirements or Qualifications. It's a requirement about supervision level. We'll include under Requirements. Now Qualifications: Preferred Experience bullet list: - Demonstrated interest in working with adolescents and families affected by substance use. - Experience engaging adolescents and families who may have difficulty accessing or remaining engaged in traditional outpatient treatment. - Experience providing evidence-based treatment, particularly motivational interviewing/MET, CBT, family-based interventions, trauma-focused treatment, or substance use treatment. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with adolescents, caregivers, and community partners. - Ability to work independently while functioning collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team. - Comfort providing services flexibly across outpatient, telehealth, and community-based settings. - Strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills. - Interest in community outreach and building relationships with schools and other youth-serving organizations. Preferred Education: - Licensed Social Worker (LISW): Master's Degree in Social Work or Social Welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required. - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): Master's Degree in Counseling from an accredited program. - Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT): Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy an accredited program. Now Skills: Could combine the Preferred Experience items that are skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop rapport, ability to work independently while collaborating, comfort providing services flexibly, strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills, interest in community outreach, etc. But we already have them under Qualifications. Perhaps we can put skills separate: list of skills like interpersonal, communication, organizational, clinical documentation, ability to work independently/collaboratively, flexibility across settings, etc. But we must not duplicate content. We can keep Preferred Experience under Qualifications and maybe Skills can be omitted if no distinct skill list beyond that. However the instruction says use sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Skills (the bullet points about interpersonal skills etc). So we can create Skills section with those items. But we need to avoid duplicating the same bullet points in both Qualifications and Skills. We could split: Qualifications includes Preferred Experience and Preferred Education. Skills includes the skill-based items from Preferred Experience (interpersonal, organizational, communication, documentation, ability to work independently/collaboratively, flexibility, outreach interest). However the Preferred Experience list includes those skill items; we could just put them under Skills and keep Qualifications for Preferred Experience (maybe just the interest and experience). But to be safe, we can put all Preferred Experience items under Qualifications, and Skills could be omitted or we could include a short list of skills not already covered. But we risk creating a thin section. Better to include Skills with items that are clearly skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with adolescents, caregivers, and community partners. Ability to work independently while functioning collaboratively within an interdisciplinary clinical team. Comfort providing services flexibly across outpatient, telehealth, and community-based settings. Strong organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills. Interest in community outreach and building relationships with schools and other youth-serving organizations. These are indeed from Preferred Experience. We'll still include them under Skills, and keep Qualifications for Preferred Experience (maybe just the interest and experience). But we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's decide: Qualifications will contain Preferred Experience and Preferred Education. Skills will contain the skill-based items (which are also part of Preferred Experience). This duplicates some content. To avoid duplication, we could put Preferred Experience under Qualifications, and Skills could be omitted. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having Skills separate may be thin but still substantive. However duplication is not allowed? It says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Better to avoid duplication. Thus we can have Qualifications include Preferred Experience and Preferred Education. Skills could be omitted or we could include a distinct set like "Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected..." but those are Physical Requirements, not skills. Physical Requirements are a separate section? Not in the list of allowed headings. We could incorporate Physical Requirements under Requirements maybe? But not listed as a heading. The allowed headings are only those eight. Physical Requirements could go under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably Requirements. But we have many physical requirements lines; they are substantive. We need to preserve them. Where to put? Could be under Requirements as part of "Minimum Requirements" but they are not minimum requirements; they are physical requirements. Could be under Qualifications? Not exactly. Could be under Requirements as "Physical Requirements". Since we can only use the specified headings, we need to fit them somewhere. Perhaps we can put them under Requirements as a sublist. Similarly, "Additional New Requirements" list: Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations, Ability to learn and use new processes, tools and equipment as required, Computer literacy, Ability to work overtime as required, Ability to work rotating shifts, plus the motivational sentence "If you like working with energetic enthusiastic individuals, you will enjoy your career with us!" That's fluff; we can drop as boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but it's a motivational sentence; we could keep as part of Requirements? It's not a requirement. Might be considered filler; but it's substantive? It's more like a tagline. Probably we can drop as it's not essential info. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is not that. But it's a
