Appearance Guidelines

How we look and appear to each guest provides an important impression of our Company. Non-permitted guidelines include:

• Unnatural hair color
• Visibly explicit or offensive tattoos
• Facial tattoos
• Ear piercings that alter the shape and/or size of the ear
• Any visible body or facial piercings other than two (2) piercings per ear
• Facial hair longer than ½ inch in length or mustaches that extend past ¼ inch below the upper lip

Responsibilities

• Aggressively and persistently make phone calls to assigned players using all available tools
• Inform guests of casino promotions and drive incremental trips
• Market to guests using available offers and assist with booking hotel rooms and reservations for assigned players
• Maintain outstanding “data hygiene” and ensure contact information on all assigned players is correct and up to date
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interaction
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience or telemarketing experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Ability to resolve stressful situations
• Experience in a casino and/or hotel environment preferred
• Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred
• Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred
• Ability to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play
• Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
