About the Role
Directly supervise addicted clients at night. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families.
Sign-on Bonus of $2,000 paid out within first 9 months of hire.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate and document in electronic systems required
- Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
- Skilled in behavioral management techniques
Responsibilities
- Work scheduled hours and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required
- Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences
- Perform bed checks at varying intervals as prescribed, to ensure the clients comfort, safety and well-being
- Complete concurrent documentation of the completion of these checks
- Read all charts and obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift, utilize during the night shift and relay to morning staff, if appropriate
- Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with required licensing rules and regulations
- General cleaning duties as required
- Inventory incoming clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and specifically check for contraband items. Inventory outgoing clothing and supplies of clients
- Oversee the neatness of the unit and the proper use of the equipment and supplies and inform the proper person when supplies or repairs are indicated
- If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by clients and record information on medical log
- Serve as a member of the residential team and participate in all team meetings and activities
- Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct
- Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer
- Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management

- Tues-Sat 11pm-7:30am (40hr per week)
- 3rd shift
Pay
Based on education, experience, and credentials
- Starting pay HS/GED - $18.00
- 3rd shift differential: +$.50
