Responsibilities
- Oversight of the residential staff
- Aid staff in attending to clients
- Ensure compliance with state and agency rules and regulations
- Work with unit managers to maintain staff-to-child ratios
- Write employee evaluations and make salary increase recommendations
- Provide daily and weekly communication updates to clinical staff
- Review and update documentation and records
- Create a teaching environment focused on peer interactions and life skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associates’ degree in a Human Services or related field
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities required
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or related field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hours
Sunday: 8AM-11PM
Monday-Wednesday: 1:30PM-11PM
Wednesday-Friday: 1:30PM-11PM
Saturday: 8AM-11PM
