About the role
Credence supports mission-critical needs for federal defense and health organizations through cutting-edge solutions in AI/ML, enterprise modernization, and advanced intelligence capabilities. This senior-level position supports the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) program at Langley AFB, VA, focusing on A23-Readiness-Unit Support.
The Unit Reserve Support role leverages expertise in Air Combat Command organizations, Air Force Intelligence Specialty career fields, and Total Force integration methods. It requires experience with Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Reserve Component Network (ARC Net), Air Reserve Component Operational Requirements Tracker (ARCORT), and the Manpower Military Personnel Appropriation (MPA) Man-day Management System (M4S). The role provides qualified personnel to plan, program, budget, and execute the Command's Intelligence MPA Man-day program and Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) program tasks, coordinating Air Reserve Component (ARC) support across ACC intelligence organizations.
Responsibilities
- Perform analytic and administrative tasks related to program analysis, planning, programming, management, and resource utilization of approximately 250 Intelligence IMA billets and IMAs assigned to ACC staff and units.
- Assist the Command's Intelligence MPA Man-day Program Manager and MPA Functional Area Man-day Manager with the annual planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of approximately 350K MPA man-days to provide ARC support to ACC Staff, Numbered Air Force, and Wing operational missions.
- Act as a Unit Reserve Coordinator, administering IMA personnel tasks affecting billet management, recruitment, assignment, training, readiness, and utilization.
- Process, manage, and submit man-day tasks, waivers, and PCS requests to HAF via M4S and other data management systems as necessary.
- Utilize and manipulate the M4S database and other systems to process and validate AFR/ANG intelligence man-day tour requests, ensure data integrity, perform data retrieval to research tour request issues, conduct account audits, and provide timely, accurate data to support leadership decision-making.
- Assist with the validation of emergent and annual MPA man-day requirement POM requests and prepare/submit Direct War and Enduring Cost (DWEC) and Steady State (SS) day requirements within ARCORT systems to HAF in accordance with Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) 36-2619 and other applicable directives.
- Assist the IMA Program Manager with maintaining oversight of the Command's intelligence IMA billets/members, accomplishing intelligence IMA program reviews (IPRs), and preparing leadership for annual HAF/AFRC Intelligence IMA Development Team boards.
- Monitor and track ACC Staff IMA officer and enlisted readiness task completion and advise Command intelligence IMAs, supervisors, and leadership on all matters pertaining to IMA participation and management.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience and a BA/BS degree or MA/MS degree required.
- Typically works on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of a program and performs all functional duties independently.
- A Senior labor category may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Pay
Salary Range: $105,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
