The Weekend Unit Manager - RN position at Salem Crossing is part of a larger organization that has been recognized for its quality and size. This role involves overseeing the nursing care of residents on the assigned unit, managing the unit according to established standards, and promoting a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit.
- Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivering care.
- Manage the unit in compliance with company philosophy, professional nursing standards, and all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers, and staff.

- Leadership skills or willingness to learn effective management techniques.
