About the Role
The Unit Manager assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. This role supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivering care, managing the unit in accordance with company philosophy, professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Lead, teach, and mentor staff with a willingness to learn management approaches.
- Use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of residents, families, and staff.
- Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain one.
