RN - $50.00 - $55.00/hour, based on experience
LPN - $45.00 - $47.00/hour, based on experience
About the role
Oversee day-to-day activities, manage nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care. Take full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply recognized nursing standards. Recognize and report changes in residents' conditions, initiate or assist with interventions, and maintain a safe, supportive environment. Instruct nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.
On-call one weekday shift per week and every 6th weekend and holiday on-call rotation. Weekend/holiday on-call rotations include an additional $300 compensation.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 4:00PM, on-call rotations
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience; preferably in a long-term care setting
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and written
