Position Summary: Unit Manager ( RN ) The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote positive resident outcomes. Qualifications Current R.N. license by State required Must have at least two years of nursing experience.
