Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to the care team, ensure patient/resident needs are met, and evaluate team performance.
- Work directly with care team members to provide compassionate and professional care.
Qualifications
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse; experience in the long‑term care industry preferred.
- Ability to plan, evaluate, and coordinate services.
- Experience in triaging tasks, supervision of nursing team members, and coordination of services to provide the optimum resident and patient experience.
