Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
• Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required
• One (1+) years nursing experience required
• Prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred
