About the role
The Unit Manager at Hickory Creek Peru is responsible for overseeing the nursing care of residents on the assigned unit. This position requires a supportive presence, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in delivering high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards of professional nursing practices, and all relevant laws and regulations.

- Facilitate positive relationships between residents, families, and staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Indiana RN license.
