Responsibilities

  • Care for residents through leadership and clinical follow-up
  • Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines
  • Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility
  • Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel
  • Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff

Qualifications

  • Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License
