Responsibilities
- Care for residents through leadership and clinical follow-up
- Ensure all resident assessments are completed according to state and federal guidelines
- Identify and initiate processes and quality improvements for the facility
- Collaborate directly with Administrator, Director of Nursing Services (DON), and nursing personnel
- Supervise assigned nursing and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Must have current and valid RN or LPN Nursing License
