About the role
Regalcare has an immediate opening for a Licensed Unit Manager at our Long Term Sudbury Facility. The Nursing Supervisor assumes responsibility for the management of all nursing units. Directly supervises, communicates and provides support to all nursing staff. Makes frequent rounds to oversee the quality of direct resident care. Ensures residents are comfortable, secure and all their needs are being met. Duties may include coverage on the Med-Cart.
