About the role
Tate Springs Health & Rehab is seeking a Unit Manager LPN/RN who can lead with compassion and grow with us. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in long-term care and management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Champion quality care and ensure residents thrive
- Mentor and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs)
- Collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams
- Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and timely
- Drive compliance, safety, and infection control protocols
Requirements
- Licensed LPN or RN in Virginia
- 2+ years in long-term care/SNF (management experience a big plus!)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A calm, confident problem-solver with a heart for elder care
