Unit Manager - LPN/RN

Role Overview

Lead and supervise nursing staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and provide exceptional patient care. Maintain open communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decision-making. Assist with medications and treatments, oversee nursing operations, and participate in meetings. Support and coach nursing staff, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current Tennessee Nursing (RN/LPN) license
• Preferred two years of nursing experience with geriatric patients
• Strong leadership abilities
