Unit Manager LPN
Avalon Care Center Federal Way is seeking a dependable, organized and dedicated LPN to join our outstanding team as a Unit Manager on our Rehab Unit. This is an outstanding chance to make a meaningful impact through teaching.
Pay
$42.00 - $47.00 per hour. Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.
Schedule
Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour days with weekend rotation.

In addition to rehabilitation services, Avalon Care Center is designed to care for your medical conditions through personalized 24-hour skilled nursing care provided by licensed nurses and therapists.
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Unit in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities.
- Ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to residents at all times, as directed by the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing Services.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
- Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
- Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other healthcare-related facility is required.
