Unit Manager I - JADAC

Supervisory Duties

• Schedules and coordinates activities
• Conducts performance reviews
• Provides training
• Participates and leads staff meetings
• Implements and plans unit programming
• Maintains fiscal performance and related documentation
• Supports public relations for clinical programs
• Maintains adherence to licensure standards and participates in licensure review
• Identifies and addresses training needs
• Hires and handles personnel issues
• Fulfills the role of Clinical Supervisor

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or relevant field
• Licensure from the appropriate Kentucky Board
• Two to three years of clinical experience with a supervisory background
• Experience with program management and budget preparation
• Thorough knowledge of state and Joint Commission licensing requirements
