Responsibilities
- Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure the highest quality of resident care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Complete and oversee clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience
- This is not an entry-level leadership position
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey readiness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting your team
