Serve as a clinical role model, demonstrating excellence in patient care while championing continuous improvement and integrating the latest nursing knowledge into everyday practice. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Serve as a clinical role model, demonstrating excellence in patient care.
- Champion continuous improvement and integrate the latest nursing knowledge into practice.
- Inspire and foster a culture of learning and meaningful change on the unit.
- Formulate effective nursing care plans using clinical knowledge and analytical abilities.
- Perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
