Work Shift

Third (Nights)

Demonstrates Proficiency in Nursing Practice

Provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department.

Under the Direction of the Department Manager

• Led safety and quality initiatives
• Focuses on and simplifies workflow
• Contributes to the development of staff

Increases Staff Satisfaction and Promotes Excellent Customer Service

Works in collaboration with the department manager to lead and support the nursing staff.

Education

• Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN (Required)
• Masters of Science in Nursing - MSN (Preferred)

Certification/Licensure

• Registered nursing License (Required)
• BLS required within 90 days of hire

Professional Specialty Nursing Certification

(Preferred)

Experience

• 18 months nursing experience (Required)
