About the role

The Unit Coordinator at Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a nursing unit, ensuring patient care standards are met, and managing staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
• Manage and motivate nursing staff to achieve unit goals
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Assess and address patient needs and concerns
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
