About The Job
Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you’ll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range
Pay Range: $77605 per year - $100430 per year

- Lead or support audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process improvement
- Deliver insightful reporting and ad hoc analysis to guide unit and regional leadership
- Train teams on internal controls, system tools, and financial best practices to strengthen performance
- Support billing, receivables, and client financial relations to maintain strong partnerships and smooth operations
- Assist in closing activities and ensure financial integrity at the unit and district level
- Recommend and implement improvements to financial procedures, enhancing accuracy and efficiency across accounts
Requirements
- Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Related Experience: 2 years
