About The Job
Join a high-impact finance team where you'll oversee the financial operations of one or more client accounts, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and compliance. In this role, you'll analyze trends, support audits, and guide decision-making that drives operational success and client satisfaction. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

What You'll Bring
- Skillset to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities with strong organizational skills
- Solid analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Essbase is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholders
- Capacity to maintain core financial operations while contributing to broader departmental projects and initiatives
- A detail-oriented approach to auditing, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years related experience
Pay
$77605 per year - $100430 per year
