Wellpath serves hundreds of thousands of unique individuals monthly, with a significant percentage receiving direct clinical care, including lives saved by Narcan. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms
  • Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use
  • Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and tracking medical records and appointments
  • Perform other duties as required, including duplicating materials, taking off orders, distributing mail and packages, and monitoring general e-mail correspondence

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum of one year in a healthcare setting
  • Medical terminology training
  • Computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Good organizational and communication skills

This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.
