Schedule

Full-time, rotating shift. Every other Sunday (days—8 hours); Monday–Friday 7 pm–11 pm.

Department: Adults with hematologic and oncologic illness, including solid tumors, malignancies, and terminal illness. The unit offers a variety of therapeutic interventions, from chemotherapy to palliative care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for patients, visitors, and colleagues on assigned nursing units under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
• Facilitate efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance, and overall environment of care.
• Provide reception‑type services to patients, families, visitors, and other unit guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to six months of previous related experience.
• Preferred: Customer service, retail, or clerical experience.
