About the role
Serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical area, providing a professional welcome to patients while expertly routing communications between families and care teams. Manage the patient journey by strategically scheduling appointments and consultations to ensure a timely and efficient flow of care. Facilitate essential clinical workflows by supporting physicians with software navigation, including order entries, patient transfers, and discharge documentation. Maintain clinical readiness through the meticulous assembly of patient charts and the management of all departmental files and correspondence. Orchestrate office logistics by coordinating staff schedules, managing timekeeping systems, and overseeing meeting requirements and minutes.

Requirements
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
