Uniform Room Attendant

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Uniform Room Attendant to help ensure customer satisfaction for our larger customers. The position is located on the customer's premises where the primary responsibility is distributing uniforms to the customer's employees.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries and concerns face to face
• Maintain and stock inventory
• Fix minor repairs
• Deliver product to various locations of customer facility
• Order and label new garments
• Organize the room for garment handout
• Maintain a record of daily transactions
• Make decisions to ensure high levels of customer service, including decisions regarding product quality requirements
• Adhere to both Cintas' and the customer's applicable safety programs/procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Office/clerical work experience
• Basic knowledge of computers

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Professional laundry experience
• Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment

Schedule

Full Time, 1st Shift
