Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Associate - Texas (Austin and Houston) (Hybrid)
About the role
Littler is seeking an attorney with a minimum 3 years civil litigation experience to join the Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Practice Group. The successful candidate will help clients protect against threatened disclosure of confidential information and trade secrets by obtaining temporary restraining orders, temporary injunctions, and permanent injunctions. Responsibilities include interviewing witnesses, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and going to court.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Texas and be willing to work when a client has a problem. Excellent writing skills are essential.
Qualifications
A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school is required. A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience is preferred. Experience in unfair competition and trade secrets is a plus.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The successful candidate may be located in either Austin or Houston and would be expected to support the practice group in both locations.
