Underwriting Product Director - Property

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategy and administration of complex products and programs at an enterprise level
• Develop and implement line of business strategies and plans for successful execution
• Oversee profit and loss management, developing business plans for the assigned line of business
• Analyze underwriting and loss results, identifying trends and recommending actions for profitability
• Create and communicate best practices and underwriting guidance across the enterprise
• Initiate and manage preparation of workshops and training for underwriting teams
• Act as a strategic partner to branch offices, providing expert technical guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an insurance or business-related field or equivalent experience
• Ten years of experience in commercial property and casualty underwriting
• At least five years of commercial staff underwriting experience within the relevant line of business
• Insurance certifications such as CPCU, AU, or CIC
• Previous experience in people leadership

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,955 – $206,984 annually
