About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Perform management duties including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Plan and direct daily operations while managing budgets and policy implementation
- Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales leadership to manage multiple books of business
- Anticipate client needs and manage workload planning with Sales leadership
- Provide insights and communication support for critical client relationships
- Drive portfolio results aligned with strategic goals and competitive position
- Ensure compliance with Underwriting policies and oversee exception quote reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analysis discipline or equivalent experience
- 7 years of relevant underwriting, risk management, or actuarial experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- 5 years of external client interaction experience
- Strong understanding of the company Health Plan products and services
Pay
$129,100 – $214,500 annually
