Underwriting Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Underwriting Manager and Underwriters for the Starr Tech Property team.
• Correspond with broker contacts to collect necessary submission information needed by the underwriting unit.
• Work with underwriters to create, review quote proposals, binders, and assemble policies.
• Create underwriting files and follow up on any outstanding subjectivities for bound accounts.

Skills/Experience Required

• Professional demeanor in language and writing skills.
• Experience working independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PDF.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
