Responsibilities
Join our growing Healthcare Management Liability and Managed Care team. The ideal candidate is motivated to build and manage a book of profitable business while contributing to product development and special projects as requested. This position is responsible for underwriting and marketing for D&O, EPL, Fiduciary and Crime for healthcare organizations as well as Managed Care E&O products. This role may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States. Preferred locations however are Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Minnesota, Connecticut and Philadelphia, though qualified candidates from other locations will also be considered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Underwriting or brokerage experience (Healthcare Management Liability, Private/NFP Management Liability, Public D&O or Managed Care E&O)
- Track record of success managing a regional book of business
- Interested in participating in strategic initiatives within a territory & across the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Team player that can provide creative solutions while working in a collaborative environment
- Engaged in industry organizations and events
- Strong broker relationship building skills
- Can thrive in a remote work environment and travel as required
Pay
Compensation $120k - $155k (based on experience) plus bonus
